I have had Magic Jack for three years, and added magic jack plus in Dec. 2011. It isn't perfect, but I am happy with what I am getting. It sure beats a monthly bill for just a little better voice quality, and it isn't too bad seeing the changes in quality. They have fixed many issues I have had in the past. Well worth what I pay for it.
