I got magic jack plus and it will not give me my incoming calls. I can make outgoing calls just fine. I have forward it to my cell phone and use up my minutes. I have spent 5 1/2 hours on the chat line with them and they cannot figure it out. There supposely tech team is looking into it. But, still no reply from them. I keeps costing me money while this is hooked up. I have paided them $20.95, $31.39 and my cell phone bill. What do I do to get my money back?
