I was in bankruptcy they kept sending letters to my attorney saying I did not pay my mobile home payments. They would wait and do several months at a time. At first I was questioning myself did I or did I not pay. I wasn't good about keeping my receipts. After the second time of me paying thousands of dollars to them. I called my attorney and told him I knowed I had payed all my payments. But still I did not have all my receipts to prove it.
Well my attorney told me to start paying with checks and I did sure enough Bombardier did it again but this time I had all my receipts. Then Bombardier went Bankrupt and sold out to Vanderbilt Mortgage Inc. They did the same thing. Except with Vanderbilt they were calling me, calling my sister-in-law and a friend. They were not suppose to have contacted me at all being in bankruptcy. But they were. I told them over and over to stop calling me to call my attorney. They refused and kept calling relatives and friends telling them I was not making my payments and I needed to pay them or they would be calling the sherrif and have me thrown out.
My attorney got all the receipts to prove that I had paid my mobile home payments. That still did not stop Vanderbilt. They continued harrasing me until finally my attorney got them to leave me alone. But I still feel they owe me for all the money I have paid to them through bankruptcy. Me keeping my receipts this last time proves they had been lying all along. Thanks for your time.
