I open MagicJack account 732-675-6055 jaunary 2011 and work to october 20 OK, and october 20 stop worken, (problem with speakers) and i colled M/J for help, they didnt offer any solutions for my speakers, they OPEN ME NEW ACCOUNT with my existing number (i made payment). And jaunary 2012 they close first and SECOND account. So i would like my payment refunded, they says NO. I decide to make a deal with M/J purchace and extension, and i have problem, because 18-person dont know how open my active account, and i am always being put on HOLD for long of time or disconnected me, i am tired of being ignored. Know i dont use M/J and i dont have money back.
