I bought a Magic Jack on October 25 and today, January 21st my device was disconnected because they want me to pay for a magic Jack of 2008 because it ressemble my account.
This is a phone company without a phone and I spend 2 hours chatting with this rep who just copy and paste the same thing most of the time: " Well we need you to pay for the 2008 account"
Anybody with the similar issue, please join me for a civil suit in Denver this coming Monday.
