I tried adding international minutes to my account and kept trying and trying but none was added. I contacted customer service and was transfer to Jacob who took long to respond and did not help one bit. He then transferred me to Imarie.
Boy was she a piece of work. She said there was a limit to the number of times I was allowed to add international funds and bluntly said she could not do anything about it. Then had the audacity to ask me if I understood. What a mess!
