Ok, so I got a charge on my account, and was confused as to what it was. I had to google the company. When I found a customer service line, there was nobody there to talk to. Option 0 just took you back to the menu. And when you hit the option to talk to customer service, there was just an automated recording telling you to go to their website. The only way to even talk to someone is through chat, which I can't do at work. And they are only there until 5 pm, that doesn't help at all when that's when I get off of work. So I tried to shrug it off and go activate my software. But when I do, it says that it's expired and I have to pay 9 bucks to reactive the download! And I just got the e-mail showing my purchase. Completely ridiculous. And the only way that I can get a refund is to submit a ticket online and maybe someone will get back with me, at work.
