I ordered a mini netbook laptop from them and never recieved it

I recently ordered an mini netbook laptop for my daughter on Dec 2 for a xmas gift and i have not received anything from them yet. They charged my credit card and i have been trying to contact them and all i get is a voicemail and when i try to email them it wont let me. Im so distraught because my daughtrer really wanted this for xmas and times are hard and i cant afford to buy another laptop...
