I purchased a netbook from eGlobal on-line for $127.28 ($75.29 netbook, $14.00 two-year warranty, $34.99 for upgrade). Item was received poorly wrapped, ripped package, with no warranty, without AC adaptor, and with a permanent #7 on the screen. I sent the item back, after waiting for approval, then was told I had to fax more info to them when they received it. I then received a total of $56.46; a difference of $70.82. When I called them and asked for a manager, the CSR hung up on me. I called back, received a message to leave my number and someone would call me back. Noone called me. I'm not even including postage. I paid them $70.82 for nothing. I want my money back.
