Hello,
I purchased a Dell Laptop 1 month back and I got the defective one. Battery is not proper. When I called Customer Care it took 15 mniutes to connect them then they asked me Service Tag no and then many things and said that we registering your complain but i am still waiting for a person who will resolve my new Laptop's H/w issue.
Please tell me where i suppose to go.
I have 2 years of complete warranty.
Here its written that no Slander but they are forcings us to do that.
