I was an AVG customer for 4 yrs without an issue. I went to renew my subscription for 2 yrs 45 days ago and still can not get it loaded. Requests for refund get ignored. Have sent emails to board of directors and CFO with out a response. I wonder if the state AG's office can help or if you have to go to the federal level since they are not a US company.
