Ok, so we make an appt. For our broken tv. Guy came out looked at it and told us he had to get a part and would be back in a week. Today (3 weeks later!) we call to see what is gling on. The woman we spoke to said our part would not be in for another week and because it's been more than 14 days we can exchange the tv. We call back a little later to find out more about exchanging only to find out that our part came in 3 days ago and we are NOT able to exchange. So we make an appt. For next Monday. Only to be called back to say they were miss informed AGAIN and Monday is NOT available. Not a single person we have delt with seems to know what they are doing or what is going on. I can say I will NEVER shop at Best Buy ever again due to the fact that I wish to never have to deal with the "Geek" Squad again.
