Boycott HP and Compaq

I purchased a HP Scanjet G4010 a year ago. It worked fine when my computer was running Micro$oft. Since then I switched to Linux. I learned later that HP doesn't support Linux. A wise-man once said, "HP has sold its soul to Micro$oft, " and I am inclined to believe him.
Now I have a large paper weight or door jam sitting around.
I will never buy another thing made HP/Compaq. AND I will discourage anyone from buying HP/Compaq products as well.
God i hate them!
