Horrible customer support. Their toner cartridge released throughout my machine and contaminated the remainder of my device. They'd just return the lost capsule and never another 3 i purchased from their store which were broken from the toner flow. After much worrying, they ultimately stated they'd take all 4. I've yet to get the bundle they stated they'd deliver me, to ensure that I really could return all 4 toners. Item is terrible as well as their customer support much more horrible!
