I bought a SONY VAIO from SONY (SONY DESIGN) in July plus a 3-year warranty. The pc instantly died on July 27 and that I have now been defeated in obtaining any reaction. The Support division doesn't possess the purchase info in its repository. Sony Design supplied a duplicate of the bill displaying the purchase with a fee for a-3 year warranty. The record was supplied to support on July 27 and 4 nights later they nevertheless state that they've the bill but are awaiting an update of the database.

Mess and reckless conduct on section of SONY employees shouldn't result in a client to become punished. There's no body at SONY effective at solving the problem.
