I dislike sony!!! I've a Sony Vaio VGN CS215J which is the toughest purchase I available. Soon after I bought it the I observed the lover was noisy, but used to donot believe it had been an issue. Following a just a couple weeks it turned ridiculous to myself and anybody within 15 feet of me. Today it's typically throwing on and not just could it be loud, but running, hitting and anything else. I got it set for support and was informed it-my was my drive. NOT THE CASE! After investing countless bucks on repairs and support, and another $75 for Sony to deliver me a duplicate of the Operating-System disks, having my pc wiped clear - no further windows applications, itunes collection, (some material was supported and reloaded effectively), my notebook however HURTS! I noticed online that there is a recognition about the followers on the large amount of Sony notebooks and they might increase the guarantee. I had been treated to get a second, till I approached Sony simply to discover that I'd need to spend ANOTHER $129 to deliver my pc for further diagnostics. GIVE ME A REST! There's a recognition for crying aloud. The client support representative paid attention to me protest for 10 units and responded with, "nicely I am sorry, could u prefer to plan the fix"? Sony doesn't worry about it is clients or even the quality of the goods. Be wise, don't purchase a sony item!
