Our computer failed. I'd to deliver to Toshiba for restoration. I adopted the directions to some T on the best way to deliver pc back again to them. I packed the pc, battery, adapter, and document they desired. I delivered the bundle Fed Ex within the container they supplied. I just received the computer back. Our adapter and battery weren't delivered. I named customer support and was basically informed that I had been laying and also the service-center never makes an error. I called back along with a situation was put up. I had been guaranteed a call-back very first thing Saturday morning. No-call. I named Friday night and talked with Emily, who may I-say was rude and condescending. She explained again the service-center USUALLY notices what's within the container. It might not have now been Toshiba’s problem, but mine. She agreed to provide me a-one whole life GOODWILL credit and deliver me another charger and adapter. I'd no option, but to go. I'm a and require my pc. Possibly the service-center created their first error or somebody with Fed Ex took my battery and adapter. Toshiba’s customer support stinks. No body actually mentioned sorry Ms. Client perhaps we created an error, it had been usually you did this. Important they took my battery and charger. Term to smart DON'T PURCHASE TOSHIBA! Ohh and that I waited on-hold for over one hour every time I called them.
