Do not buy from sony - ever!
This is my first SONY VAIO purchase as of March. I bought the 3 year service contract that promises 3 business day on-site service response (or so I thought).
I have absolutely nothing good to say about SONY overall, nor their service group. This is an absolute intentionally ripoff and you should not buy SONY products EVER.
