I have purchased an HP Pavilion PC p6540y from Best Buy. The first unit would not access windows. After approximately 15 hours on the telephone to Technical Reps in India and doing two system recoverys, I returned the unit to best buy and this time paid to have someone come and install it. They came - twice and installed most of my old programs - then the computer crashed again now I've lost all my old files and my external hard drive has been wiped clean. After 30 minutes on the phone this morning and being told I would only have to wait 15 or 20 minutes I hung up and gave up.
