Cancelled That Order Within Minutes

I call them to cancelled my account and they said could not do it. I told them I did not need it. I want the order cancelled. I do not want my credit card charge for something, I do not need. I try to call Driver Detective and he said could cancelled there. I put the order in on May 27 in the evening. I check my credit card. I would like a refund on my credit card.
