Caller with Indian accent, purportedly from Windows Tech said my computer was infected by email virus. They would clean it. Third party took control of computer. They would charge $135.00 for cleaning the system. Wanted to know whether I would be using Visa or Mastercharge. They would go ahead and clean the viruses and call back in 45 minutes. When I suggested it was a scam and that I would be calling their company during the 45 minutes, called said his name was Ryan and gave me the following phone number 415-820-3699. I searched, "Windows Technical Dept. And found out it was a scam
