IBM server
Crapy product, crapy service

I bought an IBM server and it stopped working five months later. I called the IBM tech support and was told to call another number and another number and another number... I spent 3 days calling these different numbers and dealing with unrelated people, but could not get the server fixed!!!

Really crappy product and crappier service!!!
