Bought in March and it has NEVER worked right!!!

I emailed them in March, and yesterday, Sep. 9{ticketno 1 of 3:[8037006835]}and called more than 15 times, and sent it in 2 times. The support managers are of no use, they will not return my calls and the one time they did, it showed up on caller id as unknown, so I did not hang up with my husband because he is a truck driver and I already get a very limited time to speak with him. I listen to the voice mail there was nothing left but silence. I call the number back and it was HP call center. I tried to talk with a support manager and they said they have to note the case and they will leave a message and they will call me back. I asked many times for a direct number and their ex. # but they would not give it to me. The operators have not noted the account properly on many of my calls. I had to call over and over to request they send me the box to send my laptop in the second time. They kept saying I received it in July, I kept telling them I received back my laptop in July but need to send it back to them because the issues were not fixed and now there are more problems. Finally after AUG 10 they set it up for me to receive another box.

The Problems has never been resolved, they say, "they repaired it", but it's the same issue time and time again, then more problems each time it comes back to me. I do WANT A FULL Refund including the tax and the Extended warranty I paid plus the other losses I have suffered. I have done all the trouble shooting and erased my whole system more than 4 times. I even bought a stack of DVD and paid $100 buy an external hard drive to back up my stuff. My things, (data could not be backed up because of the corrupted disc error/bad sector/cluster issue. Hp reimaged the hard drive, and replaced the cd drive 2 times. I lost all of my itune purchases, I am outside of that warranty so I can't get them refunded, and I lost countless other data that is not able to be replaced.

Now I can't even get the computer to get pass the error message that it needs to check the drives for inconsistancy. The computer will not even start the scan to check for the inconsistancy problem. My Iphone data is incomplete and going hay wire now because of missing data that was suppose to be put back on the phone when I synced it, (because it was suppose to be and does appear on my computer but none of the different media I use to take it from the computer will work. No back up efforts have been successful yet! I can't even turn the laptop off now, unless I unplug it or turn it off by holding down the power button. I make sure that I ALWAYS turn it off properly, Unless this error occurs, which it does ALMOST every time I try to use my $1000,00 laptop. So, by me not shutting down properly is NOT the reason why it does that.

HP keep wasting my time; so my warranty will run out!!! This has been a problem since I first got it and I have complied with their steps that continue to go nowwhere. The computer is a LEMON and customer service is so bad, I want a full refund for it and all the extra expenses. I have spent more than 6 months trying to get a computer that works as it is promised by the HP company! I DO NOT WANT A COMPUTER FROM THEM, I WANT THE MONEY SO I CAN GO PURCHASE MY OWN TO INSURE IT IS TOTALLY NEW!

Is not my time worth anything? Is not the money I have spent trying to resolve this important? My family and I have greatly suffered, we bought this because we needed it, but we have continued to have to neglect our needs on Hp's behalf because, (THE WINDOW, (WARRANTY), IS CLOSING TO GET IT FIXED AND RESOLVED) it does not work as promised and now my other resources are being delpleted and is taking a physical toll on my family relations and our health. My kids and my husband want my time back, but I spend hours on my cell phone with HP, the web at burger kind or other peoples homes, driving 50 Plus MILES 1 WAY, to pick up laptop from FED EX because I can't be notified with an exact time, nor can I be home before their time to go back to saginaw, Texas, unless Im off that day but I can't set at the house for the huge open window they give me of 7am-5pm that it maybe delivered. I have a son who has therapy 5 times a week. I never know the day either. I called HP and asked them when I could expect it to be shipped out, he said it would not be till Monday. I told that guy that I needed to know because I had to go out of town Thurs-Sat. I got home Sat and Fed-EX had already been out to deliever it, and the next time they would be able to deliever it I had to work the next three days and they would not take it to my work to drop it off. So three times I have had to drive it to a drop off place or place to pick it up.

This is the most horrible experience I have ever had. Im tired of this being prolonged.

I work at walmart in the ELECTRONIC department, my heart is sadden when I hear this kind of stuff has happen to my customers as well.
