Their tech support and customer service is horrible

Their assistance point is horrible, they provide no options, or simply abandon you hanging once they let you know to re install Windows. I'm still awaiting an answer from their "Situation Management" division.

I also, out-of disappointment, requested for your corporate headquarters' telephone number and-or area and was informed, "We're not at freedom to provide you with that." I did so reach somebody who explained after I reported about needing to format the disk and re install and create the disk from damage that, like a customer, I ought to understand how to do these issues. I responded, I'm not, or do I do want to be considered a computer-tech & this really is not why I bought a brand new pc & to invest times of my time attempting to repair it.

I've 16 pages of paperwork of that time period and times and discussions regarding my issues with this pc but, Gateway nevertheless proceeds to try and attract me underneath the carpet. Their tech-support and customer support is TERRIBLE!
