Does not care at all about customers - Poor Delivery Service

I placed an order on Dec. 11. I was guaranteed Christmas Delivery. I was suppose to get it the 19th, then the 22nd and now the 28th. I know this by sending numerous E-Mails and asking where my package was. It takes them forever to answer. They used the weather as an excuse, when it was not here by the 22nd, however, there was PLENTY of time for my package to get here by the 19th, well before the 1 day of bad weather. I was told it was shipped by US Postal Mail and that was a lie, it was shipped Fed Ex Smart Post. It showed being in WI for a long time and then MN and it should have come to MI. Now I have NO gifts for 2 people since I cannot afford to buy more.
NEVER ONCE have I been told sorry or that they messed up and I was NOT even offered anything. I feel Haband does not care at all about their customers.
