It's not working and the service is terribly bad. I bought a new magic jack. Soon i found out that there is no sound with incoming calls. And I contacted magic jack tech support by online chatting, they repeatively asked me to try to set volume and reinstall, when all these didn't work, they froze the chatting window, so i couldn't sent out new message out. I closed the window and initiated a new chat, and I was told, because magic jack didn't sell the device directly to me, they are not responsible for it. I should go to the retailer. What a joke? A producer and a service provider is not responsible for the device just because they are not selling it directly?
