I keep getting an error message 401 with my magic jack but no one can seem to help me. I've contacted them sever times and they have their standard canned answers and I've tried everything and wasted hours and still no service. I am deployed and was using it to speak with my kids back home... Not sure what happened but now it's useless to me. I can't waste more hours chatting online as I don't think they have a solution.
