Hello, I activated to Rental Highspeed Internet on 10/20/06 and that I had constitution specialist at my home to repair twice to problems. Very first time sign was changing therefore no-good link, and 2nd period it had been not linking (something amiss with point). For 2nd visit they would like to declare it had been device that was no longer working right. I talked using their customer support and named them and questioned was it-not working right or what? They've no solution for this! I told them again and again that if device not worked why it began operating next? I told them there is point connection problem again and again since I have not got strong link. However they keep repeating device not worked but no additional clarification after I requested information on issue! 2nd point I actually donot acknowledge is the fact that, after I do troubleshooting over telephone evening before, technology on telephone NEVER actually described you will see cost for something or that? Never in past actually they described there's cost for such or support calls. And obviously on the finish, that they've to repair it, problem was in this instance. What I actually donot acknowledge is the fact that I being charged $35 for journey cost which they did nothing by them. I actually informed specialist that that which was I experiecing, specifics that link came and dropping because of WITHOUT A DOUBT point issue, not device!!! I want $35 taken off my bill please. Please contact me or I would like to know if extra specifics required.
