I was initially weary of selling an old laptop to an online purchaser. But I described my laptop model and condition as accurate as possible and was emailed a quote and sent a shipping box.
I mailed them my laptop; it took a little longer than expected, but I finally received an email telling me a check in the amount of my quote was sent. - Great! - no gimmick, they paid what they quoted online.
But the check never arrived — I called with no answer, and then emailed them fearing the worst. But I got an immediate reply and a replacement check was sent right away which I received.
Their service would only be better if their response after receiving the laptop were a little quicker and they sent their checks with tracking numbers. My first (lost) check did not have a tracking number, but the second one did. Overall I give them an A-.
