I was quoted a price of $280 and sent my laptop in on 12/6. After checking my confirmation email several times to see the tracking process; it said it hadn't been received yet. So, I called the company to find out "it was picked up but not processed". After calling 3 more times to find out the hold-up, I was told it was scanned and I would receive a phone call in the next few days. Finally, on 12/20, I was told I would only be receiving a check of $100. No room for negotiation, nothing! This was a huge difference from the quoted price. I could understand some money being deducted, but not $180. The laptop I sent was not perfect, but it had no scratches, wearing, etc. The battery was not great, but $180 difference was bs. I would not recommend this company to anyone wanting to sell their laptop and from what I've read, this has happened to most customers who have used this site.
