I'm writing this in capitals to help you realize that i'm at my wits end with bestbuy, its insufficient customer service and bad help we've had going back month plus

We purchased a computer for my daughter for university from our nearby bestbuy, and we bought all of the "bessl & whistels" recommended from the sales link such as the warranty for leaks, incidents ect.

In december, before my kids christmas break (who incidentally, would go to university 6-hour aside) she built hot chocolate on her behalf pc. While she returned to rapid city where we purchased the computer, we took it in and were told it'd take approximately, 10-14 days for fix. It had been a "month" before we were called to say this was repaired and we could pick it up. Every time we called through that month-noone informed us anything except "nicely, its typically 7-10 times". As we went to choose it up and took in all the recovery drives we were told from the shop, that it "wasn't performing nevertheless". Although they'd replaced mom-panel, and other things, i can't determine why it had been noone in lousiville-where it visited be fixed couldn't tell it wasn't functioning. So much for geek-team.

Regardless, it had been delivered back "again" and we recieved it in the store wherever i talked with someone called "rich h" who assured me it'd be sent 2-day air for your "brookings" shop-where my daughter could generate the hour from her college and pick it up. I experienced asked if "all" the things we'd purchased for the computer could be there-microsoft office etc, and we were told the computer could be "prepared to use".

Today-after having acquired the computer from your own brookings shop, she named saying that "she did actually not need micrsoft workplace using the pc". She also needed the faculty computer team wreck havoc on the computer whilst the disk position wouldn't start... Therefore none people being computer geeks-while you claim to become - are trying, all over again to provide my child a "operating" pc.

The most recent problem is that she doesn't have micorsoft workplace on her pc-whihc i had been told could be downloaded on-again, just before returning it to her, once we purchased that too!

So here's our 18-year old girl 6 hours away in faculty trying to drive backwards and forwards one hour away to have the computer working as she needs it for faculty.

I've never needed to make a lot of calls ans talk to a lot of people in a single company but still have so much conflicting.

I've called about your hiring her or loaining her a pc originally while you gave mean incorrect fix turn around period-and was told you don't do this-perhaps you had better begin...

I've called and spoken to managers who have been no further helpul compared to floor team.

To express i'm dissapointed is definitely an understatement. I'll certainly never get another thing from your organization, and that i can inform whoever will hear of my difficulties with this computer issue. Your follow up and customer service is "uncaring" to express minimal.

My husband just called the best buy here and spoke with "cory" who said to get my daughter call him and he'd go her through placing the "microsoft on her pc... After she spoke with him he told her the "item crucial" she'd using the rest of her paperwork (and wasnt permitting her to download it), that she needed to download a temporary document, after which use the item key... Nicely, she tried which didn't work possibly... Cheers a lot... Thus today, here we're happening 2 weeks without any wokring pc and noone providing a crap to support us...

I'm completed with your organization... Be sure you'll never get another dollar from us... And become assured the hospital wherever i function-where you will find thousands of employees will know of the poor customer support and follow through. I'll tell as much neighbors and family as can listen tome...

Thanks for speaking me into most of the accessories that provided her only a headache. I'd have been better-off tossing it away and beginning with a business who cares.
