I took my computer to uptech in Jan to have them fix it. I described to them what was going on and after having it for two days they called me back saying that they could fix it. I got my computer back and had the same problem so I took it back to them in late Feb. They said that they would fix it and had my computer for a few more days. I got my computer back and the problem was still there. I ha to take my computer to Computer S.I. On 280 to get it fixed. The problem was that when the computer's orginial software was loaded onto the computer, the computer rejected it. This was caused by a system error on the hard drive which was caused by the battery going bad. So basically, I needed a new battery but the "techs" at Uptech didnt have a clue what was going on. I called back and asked for my money back and was told no. I asked for a manager to call me back and told the clerk that I had to go pick up my daughter and he said hold on, the manager is right here. He just proved my point that the "techs" at Uptech dont listen to the customer and do what they want to do.
