I ordered a portable ice maker from amazon but it arrived with a relatively small piece broken off of the back end of the top of the unit. There is an oil stain on the box and oil all over the interior. It appeared to be packed well but the postal service managed to damage the item before we ever got to use it.
I just am not sure how to go about trying to replace the unit.
