I am unable to use my HP laptop because I cannot turn it on. This is not my first HP product, but it is the first time that I have had a problem with their product. My screen doesn't light up, and nothing happens when I try to turn the computer on, but occasionally the blue light will flash for a second then nothing. I've read online that there are other consumers having the same or similar problems that I am having. I have always trusted the HP product line. Please, by helping me solve this problem, restore my faith in a fantastic company.
