Poor quality TERRIBLE customer service

Required 29 times for pc to reach. Numerous telephone calls and e-mails on standing were never responded. I eventually quit a note that I needed to stop the purchase until I noticed from their store in 2 times. It delivered 24 hours later. Arrived absent keyboard plus one additional component that have been backordered.

Soundcard doesn't work. Back gaskets slipping down. Its a $2800 device.included zero documentation.

Have now been seeking for just two times to get hold of techsupport. Possibly no solution about the telephone or they claim keep a note. They do not call-back. Employed their on line e-mail for techsupport. They do not react.

That Is a wonderfully poor organization regarding customer care.
