I built an entire business plan on the PLAN HQ website, spending 2 days entering all of my information. The site did not allow me to print out the plan after all of the work I did to prepare it. I contacted customer support with 12 emails and never heard back from anyone. I was forced to cancel 3 investor meetings, the documents I had prepared and counted on were not available to me and the site offered no explanation. I even sent a message to Facebook account of the CEO Tim Norton one week ago and have receive no response.
