I've submitted 3 various statements with VPI Pet Insurance simply to have all 3 of these refused due to exceptions within their plan. Browse the fine-print within their plan, there are certainly a large amount of exceptions. Their customer support is useless. After I named to protest about their insufficient protection, they provided no way to try to provide me right answers. Fundamentally, they are searching for reasons to avoid spending on ANY statements.
