I purchased a software from sammsoft and when I went to download it, it wouldn't allow me to. They give an e-mail address and a phone number if you need support, the e-mail doesn't work and I have called the number 5 times and I have left my name, order number, e-mail address, and phone number as directed and no one has returned my call. I have been caling since the 9th of December. I payed $79.85. There is a 30 day money back guarentee but that might run out before they get back to me. I am not happy with their service and just want my money back.
