Despite having bought a-4-year in-house warranty, Toshiba has got the toughest customer support I've previously experienced. Every time I contact, I'm on-hold for 20 units, subsequently moved numerous occasions, till I eventually reach actually tell somebody that I've the onsite warranty (& most of those telephone technicians can't actually talk English at an understandable degree). Then I get moved once again to some Level-2 specialist. After which it requires about seven days simply to create an onsite visit since there is JUST ONE onsite specialist for all areas in Ny, which means how big some claims! Incredible!!! DON'T purchase a Toshiba notebook.
