To all Consumers:
Please AVOID BUYING DELL PRODUCTS as they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL SCAM YOUR MONEY!!! I made the mistake of ordering a common product from Dell and after it was NOT DELIVERD ON TIME I tried for, no joke, 28 DAYS to reach a customer service rep. After waiting stupidly for upwards of 45 mins at a time NEVER REACHED A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP.
THE REAL ISSUE was that the info received in a confirmation E-mail WAS FRAUDULENT INFO. The name of a personal rep i confirmed twice does not exist, an e-mail that could not be accessed and even a personal 5-digit ext. # that does not exist. Not hard to prove when the system tells you to enter a 4 or 7 digit extension. This was from an order placed on DEC 12th. The product showed up ONE MONTH LATE with no notification and the product rejected by mail by my company. After weeks of fighting with Dell, still as of FEB15th still HAVE NOT had my credit card reimbursed.
I have never experienced such BLATANT FRAUD by a large company. Please dont waste your time with this company. Question Outsourcing.
