Mr Watkins, install my new computer and printer and there has been problems from day one with the printer as he knows, but he refuses to solve / help with the problem, unless i pay him again. He has very, very nasty attituide and to day he gave me an ultimation, pay:$160, if he comes back to my place or$260 and let him take out everthing, again, which is not necesssary, and when i tried to talk, he would not let and repeated the same, again, When i ask him to please let me talk, iwas told this is it or do not call here, again. I paid him for a service that was not done proper and he talks to you like dirt, which i wiil nOt take - period. I have employed two different companies and the come -up with the same answers. Today, i called hp, the makers, again and after i told them what was going on they tried to fix the problem and they, also could not. They were shocked to know someone would treat a client like this. Dennis worked along with me and as i knew there was serious problem, finally figured out, which i had told Glenn&the usb cable does not work, it tells you on the screen, but he knows everything and is looking to make money, not give good service and he acts like you are STUPID and constantlly reminds you how many years he has been in business, that does not make you know buisness"HE IS SCARY.
