I could not register my magic jack. I spent an hour with a rep online and in the end they said to try back in a couple hours. A day later I tried again and the exact same thing happened. I have spent two hours and tried it on two computers and nothing has worked and there is no help from the company. I'm ready for my refund and to switch to another company.
