Four representatives failed to fix my protection plan status

I accidentally slipped my laptop and also the Disc/DVR optical drive won't remain shut.

I talked to some consultant nearly 3 months before who explained my laptop isn't protected underneath the unintended injury security strategy. I understand I picked that support strategy. I am usually falling these awful things. And so I talked to some minute consultant who explained yes, I had been coated plus they might deliver an upgraded optical drive out instantly. I never obtained the optical drive and so I approached a next consultant today who again explained I had been not protected underneath the unintended injury security strategy. I had been looking right at my account data, I eventually persuaded the man that I settled an additional $300 freaking bucks for this, I better be covered.!! The man eventually agreed with me. An order was made. Nevertheless when I obtained the verification phone, the NEXT consultant I talked with educated me the purchase was terminated since my info wasn't current.

I'm MAD. I'm starting a brand new work this week, and today I've to record to my chef by having an optical drive that'll not shut. How embarrassing! This issue might have quickly been mounted months before but FOUR reps didn't repair my safety program position. Basically unacceptable.

I'll never purchase an HP pc again!!
