My phone was moved by their purchase reps to Immediate Energy Customer Support; I informed her I do want to stop my strategy. I informed her I didn’t sign with Immediate Power up any agreement. I signed my Heat Protection Program agreement with Enbridge Gas Business since January up. For heat safety strategy, I paid full-year. I don’t get reimbursement back although today I do want to stop it.
In February I registered a Heat Protection Strategy with Enbridge Gas Company. I named them restoration my plan each year. 2 yrs before, I named them to restoration; their reps explained “you each year don’t need to contact, your heat safety strategy can computerized renewal” if we don’t notice from you. I believed to her my time is saved by it.
2 weeks before I obtained a phone from Immediate Power; among their purchase reps requested me my gasoline bill bill info. They were told by me I don’t have consideration or any agreement together, I won’t inform my fuel bill info to her. I informed her gas business is Enbridge Gas. I was told by her according their report they've my bill. I informed her “No, I don’t”. After the telephone hangs up I had been interested! I named Enbridge Gas Business following day, I requested among their purchase reps “Why I was told by Immediate Power I've a merchant account together? I was told by ” Purchase Consultant, their organization directs gasoline just; Heat Protection Strategy is under Immediate Power. I had been so surprise. Why I don’t understand? I didn’t obtain any notice from Enbridge Gas Business? I'll quit my heat safety strategy easily understand. Prefer to cope with Immediate Power, I don’t. I never give consideration my gasoline bill since it was put up pre - withdraws that is approved. They betrayed me although I trust Enbridge Gas Business.
