Cracked Screen On Harmony One Remote - Harmony One Remote

I submitted a ticket with Logitech regarding a cracked screen on my Logitech One Remote which is now virtually unusable. I was told they cannot support me on this issue and that I need to buy a brand new unit. Simply unacceptable.
