Terrible - TouchSmart IQ540UK

I bought a brand new HP touchsmart IQ540uk PC on the 21 Oct from a HP retailer (South Africa). Two weeks later the ambient light and keyboard was already malfunctioning, so I sent it back to have it repair. A month and a half later after many phone calls and trips I finally got my PC back just to find out the keyboard was still malfunctioning. Refusing to sent my brand new PC in again I decided to phone HP support only to find out the retailer should have given me a replacement unit which then according to the retailer my model was not covered by this clause. Alas the drama continues because the retailer didn't log my repair with HP and now HP is refusing to help me and the contact person at the retail store just keeps on telling me he will call me back.

So now I'm out R15000, not to many phone bills and petrol money I'm still sitting with a piece of junk thats more trouble than it's worth.

And don't even get me started on the free Windows 7 upgrade, yes its a lie.
