I've a Logitech V450 Nano Mouse. This can be a wireless laser mouse having a nano recipient. The mouse did fantastic till I needed to get rid of the recipient from my laptop to make use of on another notebook. After I eliminated the recipient it fell apart. Today it's in three pieces. (That Will Be all there's) I place it back together, however it won't function.

I approached Logitech Customer Support and required a brand new recipient. Their site claims an answer in one day. It's now been 3 times and 2 emails, and that I have yet to get an answer.

Why spend the high-price for Logitech products if they're not likely to remain behind their items, and sometimes even react when clients do are having issues.
