Have had nothing but problems with magicjack. Must dial area code for local, if there is noise in the cable line there will be static or calls will drop, have to reload program after the computer is turned back on or awakened, when asked to enter a number for a specific department the other side doesn't respond to the keypad entry. Wish I hadn't wasted the few bucks. Save your money.
