I purchased a hp pavillion dv6324us slightly over this past year. IT IS CRAP had issues since day-one dark screen, orange screen, failures, drive changed and visited signal area 30 times. Lastly was informed there is a recognition about the motherboard delivered it to horsepower plus they delivered it back state it had been okay. It went dark again delivered it it today its out-of guarantee they need $450 dollars or simply utilize it like a paper-weight. Created many calls plus they behave like bottoms and toss you in one individual to a different you're horsepower spiders and state nothing can be achieved. One guy explained what would you like and that I stated possibly repair the pc or change it.in a good as tone he explained thats not likely to occur. Well what's likely to occur is I or anybody I understand WOn't ever buy a horsepower item again and my child may recommend all incoming freshmen to not purchase hp items as thier fisrt training as university. I really hope the term may distribute to every university to not boycott horsepower items when I understand I'll be Speading the word. Perhaps All of The fools in asia don't get any my telephone calls both.
