I am taking somebody to the small claims court in VA for that unfortunatelly I need the exact address. After I checked in their website I realized that using the people search option was not going tho give me the results since the only peson with exact first name and last name was 15 years older (most of the ppl in their data base are really old or death already). I have the cell phone numebr of this person and use the INSTANT PHONE REPORT $14.95 and also you have to pay $1.5 more if you want them to send it via e-mail in order to be "instant" you have to pay more. Additionally if you want them to confirm the address and number against public utilities you pay $4.95.
As a result they told me that the address of this person is D.C. Yeah! That's the address D.C. THATS IT! THEY GIVE YOU THE STATE WHERE THIS PERSON LIVES THAT IS NOT THE ADDRESS.
I could have gotten that just with the area code. I call them to complain they make you wait on the phone if you want your money back with a machine telling you that: the next available rep wil in 5 minutes after that... 3 min... 2min and then they put you with an answer machine after you wait all that time to leave your message. THE SAMPLE OF THE REPORT SHOWS AN ADDRESS, THAT IS WHAT THEY OFFER WITH THE PREMIUM CONFIRMATION SERVICE
Also they send me constantly advertisment to my email account thing that I find really anoying onsidering that I feel that they rip me off.
They Send me an E-mail I pasted it as is: Hello! Thank you for contacting Intelius customer service! If an unpublished or cell phone number does not have an address attached to it in a public record, that information will not be available through Intelius. The information that has been given to you in the report is all that is available in the public record for this telephone number. Thank you.
Stay away from them intellius = rip off!
